How does the three-month free period work?
Your first three subscription months are free. The plan’s monthly subscription starts afterward. The one-time $500 initiation fee is separate and covers account creation, custom setup, data migration and tool connections.
What happens when we have more than 250 doors?
At 251 doors, the flat plan is $500 per month for a portfolio of up to 1,000 doors. At 250 doors, the per-door plan also totals $500 per month.
What if we manage more than 1,000 doors?

Can you work with the software and APIs we already have?
Yes. During setup, we review your current software, data exports, tools and available APIs, then configure the connections and migration for your account. Connections use your authorized accounts and the access each provider offers.
