Bysania Privacy Notice

Bysania builds software for property, valuation, maintenance, seller, contractor, offer, and brokerage workflows. Individual applications may collect information that a user chooses to provide, along with basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Information and use

Information may include account details, property or project inputs, uploaded files, workflow records, support messages, and service analytics. Bysania uses this information to provide requested features, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the applications.

Sharing and providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, payment, or AI providers when needed for a feature. Bysania does not authorize those providers to use the information for unrelated purposes. An application will identify material third-party or professional-service boundaries where appropriate.

Search AI public draft

Search AI sends the text of a submitted search to the configured OpenAI, xAI, and Manus programmatic services so each can search independently. Bysania retains the search text, provider status, selected public URL, anonymous session identifier, product events, and optional 1-10 rating for bounded product evaluation, security, and cost control. It does not use browsing history for personalization, and raw microphone audio remains in the browser and is not stored by Bysania. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or personal third-party information.

Your choices

Do not enter confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless the application clearly supports that use and you are authorized to provide it. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to security, legal, and record-retention requirements.

Security and retention

Bysania uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations, or an authorized business purpose.
