ValueAI bySania privacy information

Updated October 13, 2026. This describes the ValueAI application and supplements the bySania privacy notice.

Information used to provide reports

We store submitted property addresses, optional property details, report content and report history. If you create an account, we store your email, profile information and a password hash. Optional report alerts use the email address or device notification token you provide. Basic usage events and technical logs support operation and troubleshooting. Shared-report links let anyone with the link view that report.

Service providers

• RentCast receives the property address to return property records, automated value and rent estimates, and listing comparisons.
• xAI (Grok) receives the address, optional details and property evidence to assist with intake and write the report. AI processing requires your explicit permission. Google imagery is never sent to AI.
• Google Maps Street View receives the address for imagery, displayed with Google attribution. The image may show a nearby location or older condition.
• Address search uses Photon/OpenStreetMap and configured geocoding services. Limited public-data reports may query public-record and map sources when you explicitly request them.
• Our hosting and Supabase storage support reports and optional uploaded files. Configured email services deliver requested account or report messages. Expo and Apple deliver optional device notifications.

The current release is free and does not offer checkout. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential documents, or third-party information you are not authorized to share.

Your choices and deletion

You can decline AI processing and still view saved reports. Use AI data settings to withdraw permission for future processing. You can sign out, remove reports from your history, or open your profile and choose Delete account. Account deletion requires password confirmation and removes your account and personal report history. Reports shared with other accounts and required transaction records may remain. Backups and material already copied by recipients cannot be recalled by deleting an account.

For help with access, correction, uploaded-file removal, anonymous reports or other deletion requests, contact ben@housingpa.com. Information is retained to operate the service and support security, legal and record-retention obligations.
