Rules for repair-request users, property representatives, and visitors using MaintnanceAI.

Platform role
MaintnanceAI organizes repair information and may help connect users with independent service providers. It does not guarantee availability, timing, pricing, matching, workmanship, or outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, property, authority, access, and repair information
- Do not impersonate another person or claim authority you do not have
- Use emergency services or the appropriate utility for immediate threats
- Review and authorize scopes, changes, fees, and payments before accepting them
Marketplace transactions
Any estimate, platform fee, cancellation rule, payment authorization, refund, and provider payout must be disclosed in the applicable workflow before a paid transaction. A request is not dispatched until a provider accepts it.
Acceptable use
- No fraud, harassment, scraping, automated abuse, malicious uploads, or attempts to bypass access controls
- No unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, or misleading requests
- No use of another person's private information without authority
