Accurate qualifications
- List only trades, licenses, insurance, certifications, and availability you can support
- Keep expiration dates and service areas current
- Do not display a verified, licensed, insured, or background-checked claim without evidence
Job conduct
- Review the full scope before accepting
- Protect resident and property information
- Communicate delays, access issues, hazards, and changes promptly
- Obtain authorization before work outside the approved scope
- Provide before/after evidence and accurate invoices
Safety and respect
- Follow applicable laws, permits, codes, licensing, and safety requirements
- No harassment, discrimination, threats, theft, or unsafe behavior
- Pause and escalate when conditions exceed your qualifications
Enforcement
MaintnanceAI may pause offers, request information, limit visibility, reject verification, or remove access when safety, identity, quality, fraud, or policy concerns arise. Providers may contact support to request review.
