Privacy Notice

How MaintnanceAI collects, uses, protects, and deletes information across repair intake and provider workflows.

Version 1.0Effective and last updated July 12, 2026
Change log

July 12, 2026: Initial operational version added for the MaintnanceAI pilot-readiness release. Pending legal review before broad commercial outreach.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact information
  • Property, repair, access, and occupancy details
  • Photos, videos, documents, licenses, insurance records, and certifications you choose to upload
  • Business listing information from identified public sources
  • Usage, device, referral, campaign, and workflow events

How information is used

  • Create and support accounts, profiles, claims, repair requests, matching, scheduling, and records
  • Verify business control and provider readiness
  • Prevent duplicate records, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized claims
  • Measure product reliability and campaign performance
  • Meet legal, safety, support, and dispute obligations

Sharing and visibility

We limit information to what a workflow requires. A full service address is not intended to be shown to unselected providers. Public-source business information is labeled and may be corrected or disputed. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

  • Correct profile or claim information
  • Change marketing preferences separately from transactional notices
  • Request access or deletion where applicable
  • Contact ben@bysania.com for privacy or deletion requests

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for active workflows, auditability, safety, disputes, and legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security; MaintnanceAI uses access controls, private document storage, validation, and audit records to reduce risk.

How we handle your data in practice

  • Consent to marketplace terms and provider standards is recorded separately from optional marketing consent
  • Repair records remain available during the active workflow and an audit period needed for safety, support, disputes, and legal duties
  • Claim and verification evidence is retained while a claim is active and for a reasonable review period after resolution
  • Upload access is private and restricted by file type and size
  • A deletion request may be limited when a record must be preserved for fraud, safety, dispute, or legal obligations
