What may be disputed
- Business ownership or listing accuracy
- Scope, estimate, change order, cancellation, invoice, fee, refund, or payout
- Work quality, completion evidence, damage, conduct, safety, privacy, or account access
How to report
Contact ben@bysania.com with the request, provider, claim, or job ID; a concise description; relevant dates; and supporting evidence. Do not email door codes, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Review process
- Acknowledge the complaint and assign an owner
- Preserve relevant audit records
- Pause a claim, offer, payout, or account when risk requires it
- Request information from affected parties
- Document the resolution and any appeal path
No retaliation
Good-faith safety, privacy, quality, and claim reports may not be used as a basis for retaliation. False or abusive reports may violate platform rules.
