Business Claim Policy

How public-source listings may be claimed, corrected, disputed, or removed.

Version 1.0Effective and last updated July 12, 2026
Change log

July 12, 2026: Initial operational version added for the MaintnanceAI pilot-readiness release. Pending legal review before broad commercial outreach.

Public-source listings

An unclaimed listing is not a participating or verified provider. Public-source information is used only to shorten signup and improve local coverage research.

Claim verification

  • Established business-domain email
  • Code sent to a previously verified business line
  • Government registration or trade-license match
  • Document showing the business name and address
  • Manual review using two independent public sources

Claim controls

  • Duplicate and conflicting claims are held for review
  • Claim history and source references remain auditable
  • Rejected claims do not delete the source listing
  • Support can reverse an incorrect claim
  • Users may report not-my-business, duplicate, closed, or incorrect records

Report a listing

Send the business name, listing details, requested correction, and supporting evidence to ben@bysania.com. Sensitive documents should be submitted only through an approved private upload flow.

Questions: ben@bysania.com. These operational policies should receive legal review before broad commercial outreach or paid marketplace transactions.
