Business Claim Policy
How public-source listings may be claimed, corrected, disputed, or removed.
Version 1.0Effective and last updated July 12, 2026
Change log
July 12, 2026: Initial operational version added for the MaintnanceAI pilot-readiness release. Pending legal review before broad commercial outreach.
Public-source listings
An unclaimed listing is not a participating or verified provider. Public-source information is used only to shorten signup and improve local coverage research.
Claim verification
- Established business-domain email
- Code sent to a previously verified business line
- Government registration or trade-license match
- Document showing the business name and address
- Manual review using two independent public sources
Claim controls
- Duplicate and conflicting claims are held for review
- Claim history and source references remain auditable
- Rejected claims do not delete the source listing
- Support can reverse an incorrect claim
- Users may report not-my-business, duplicate, closed, or incorrect records
Report a listing
Send the business name, listing details, requested correction, and supporting evidence to ben@bysania.com. Sensitive documents should be submitted only through an approved private upload flow.
